It is with very deep regret that we announce the sudden death of Roger Horner, Group Managing Director of e3 Systems.
The e3 team is a close-knit group and we are all shocked and saddened by his passing.
Roger was a founding member of e3 together with Alan Walker our Group Engineering Director.
They both arrived on Mallorca on small liveaboard sailing yachts.
They moved ashore and set up e3 28 years ago.
All who had the pleasure to meet Roger know that he was a larger-than-life character, an entrepreneur with great energy and vision.
Roger has been at the helm of something all his life – of his early business in the UK, his family, his sailing yacht and of course e3 Systems.
We will continue Roger’s legacy and passion by maintaining e3 at the forefront of the superyacht communications’ industry.
Our deepest condolences to Nicky, Roger’s wife and our e3 colleague, and to their two daughters Lucy and Katy.
