The superyacht maintenance and refit shipyard, Varadero Port Denia (VPD), located inside Denia’s harbour, south of Valencia, Spain is currently converting an existing commercial dock and surrounding area into a marina intended to accommodate boats between 40m-65m (131ft-213ft) in length and up to 6m (20ft) in draft.
The new marina complements the yard’s slipways and dry dock area, capable of accommodating vessels of up to 80m. It is primarily planned for clients willing to undertake some maintenance or refit work before or after their transit between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, and as an alternative to a dry dock stay.
