Spanish yard Atollvic, has been commissioned to refit of the hull and superstructure of 49 metre displacement motoryacht Tumberry C.
The work, anticipated to take three months, includes painting the steel hull and part of the aluminium superstructure, as well as replacing the main teak deck and work on the interior furniture.
The yacht, built in 1988 by Italian boatbuilder Benetti, arrived at Atollvic’s Super Yacht Service Centre, located in the estuary of Vigo in north-west Spain, earlier this month. Its Technical Office is working closely with the owner and crew throughout the refit. (Superyacht Business, 16 March 2011)
