This morning I received an email from the Directorate General of Transport of the Balearic Government to consult about Rebecca and whether they could or not
authorize a vessel registered in the REBECA. Before responding I spoke to Diego Columbus. Then I called you and the answer was yes, since the Order of the Balearics Charter plans to authorize the boats entered in the list 6 th regular registration and community boats. Therefore, any boat REBECA you paid VAT, but not on the list at No. 6 regular registration is a Community vessel for all purposes. Thus, and while it amends the charter Order contemplating entry in any register established by Law 27/1992 of the State Ports and Merchant Marine (requiring regular and special) may authorize the ship REBECA Community boat route.
