Pantaenius UK has introduced its new superyacht team line up. Based in Plymouth, the team comprises a blend of insurance and sea-going experience, adding to the Pantaenius Group’s existing international superyacht departments.
The sales and underwriting side is headed by Andy Crick, an ACII Chartered Insurance practitioner. He has in excess of thirteen years experience in the marine insurance market, including time in the London P&I market with leading P&I Clubs and a major broker, before moving to the yacht market and joining Pantaenius in 2007, initially working in claims.
This insurance expertise is complemented by the addition of James Campbell (Yacht Master Ocean, commercially endorsed), who with twelve years sea-going superyacht experience, seven of which were as captain, brings a solid understanding of the real world practicalities of running a modern superyacht.
The customer support is handled by Denise Beavon (DIP CII) and Jo Haley (CERT CII) who are well known to Pantaenius superyacht clients, with Samantha Woodmansey (CERT CII).
Beavon and Haley work together to look after existing clients, maintaining the accounts and the crew policies and providing help and support to yacht owners, brokers and captains. Woodmansey shares her time between support on new business enquiries and existing account maintenance.
