Aage Hempel and CRAME, both grupoarbulu members, have the pleasure to announce we will start the process of integration of both companies in Spain on the 1st of December of 2012. We expect that the integration process to be concluded in three months.
The main objective of this integration is to offer our clients a global supplier of navigation equipments and satellite communications with high quality, technical services both nationally and internationally.
The Aage Hempel and CRAME integration means the consolidation of a new leader in the global marine electronic market in Spain and Worldwide, with a strong international presence which will permit us to continue our international growth based on a strong financial strength and utilizing the power of our own internal human resources.
