The countdown has started, with just three months to go to the biggest nautical trade show in Italy, scheduled from 1st to 6th October 2014. «The Genoa Boat Show,» said the Boat Show Manager Alessandro Campagna, «is an important vehicle for promoting and raising awareness on Italian excellence in the nautical and tourist fields, ever marked by quality and tradition, with an increasingly international audience. Our industry has all the credentials to become a driver of Italian economic development and production, on a par with fashion, design, food and wine, jewellery, art and architecture.»

With this in mind, the Show has already started introducing some major new features, such as the Super Made in Italy brand. This area, dedicated exclusively to superyachts, finds its natural setting where the «big boats» are traditionally displayed, along the outside Marina Grande 1 wharf».
