Technology is changing rapidly and the seminars provide a forum for delegates to be updated by experts on the latest innovations, knowledge and expectations in the communications industry.
e3 Systems have organised two more seminars which will take place in Palma on the 2nd May and Monaco on the 6th May. Keynote Speakers are all specialists in their fields – Håkan Olsson from Kymeta Corporation, Tore Morten Olsen from Airbus Defence and Space and Tony Holland from e3 Systems.
Håkan Olsson, Senior Director of Marketing will be delivering a presentation at both events on the revolutionary flat panel antennas entitled “Domeless Solutions for a Mobile World: a new concept in connectivity and entertainment on the move”. Kymeta are one of the major new innovators in the industry and were quoted last year by the MIT Technology Review as one of their top 50 ‘disruptive technologies’ and chosen as a 2014 FiRe Starter company by Future in Review.
Tony Holland, e3’s Airtime Director, will be speaking at both events and will present the current and future state of all the marine communication technologies: “Connecting you to your Future: Integrated and Aggregated – 100% Internet Uptime!”
The Palma Seminar takes place during the Palma Superyacht Show which runs from 30th April to the 4th May and will be held in the Port Authority building just opposite the entrance to the Show. e3 Systems are exhibiting at the Show with their Consortium partners Tijssen Elektro and Aage Hempel Netherlands. Delegates to the seminar will receive free entrance tickets.
The Monaco Seminar will be held at the Novotel Hotel and Tore Morten Olsen, Head of Maritime Activities at Airbus Defence and Space, will join Olsson and Holland delivering a presentation entitled: “The Sky is No Longer the Limit: making a world class satellite communications network future proof”. Airbus Defence and Space is the largest maritime satellite communication provider in the world.
“Following the appreciation expressed by delegates of previous seminars we have responded to the demand to run more events. The seminars have proven to be an excellent opportunity for people in the industry to gain more understanding of what is currently available and what can be expected in the future” commented Roger Horner, Group Managing Director of e3 Systems.
Registration for both events is free and can be done online via e3 System’s website www.e3s.com
