Camper & Nicholsons International CEO Michael Payne and president of the board of directors Gualtiero Giori have announced the 100% acquisition of Camper & Nicholsons Designs Ltd.
Camper & Nicholsons Designs Ltd. (C&ND) are the owners of all the registered trademarks of the Camper & Nicholsons brand, in all categories. C&ND provides agreements to the group of trading companies currently licensed to use the Camper & Nicholsons name.
Michael Payne commented: “This acquisition is a major step forward in the development and future prosperity of the Camper & Nicholsons’ branded companies. The acquisition of the C&N brand by Camper & Nicholsons International (C&NI) shows a significant commitment by the new shareholders of C&NI.
